Age: Looks about 15ish or so (mostly due to his size), but actual age is unkown. Considering most shinigami are at LEAST over 100

Canon's Personality: One of the most mature characters of the series, and probably takes his job a little too seriously at times. Hates to be called by first name, or any variation of it, also hates to assocoiated with anything "childlike" (despite his appearance). Is also quite the protective type, especially to Hinamori, the person who he grew up with.
Clothing/Possesions: Pretty much the same thing all of the captains wear (which is basically just like everyone else, only with a white coat over it with the division number marked in the back), with a little bit of a change. Mostly being the fact it's sleeveless. In gigai though, he just wears basic modern clothes (the common one being a pair of jeans, a white shirt and black tie).. Also Hitsugaya owns the sword called Hyourinmaru, which is supposibly the best ice specialist of all of the zanpakutou currently out there.
Canon's History: Not a whole lot is actually known about Hitsugaya.. Other than the fact he used to live with Hinamori in one of the outer districts of Soul Society. It's believed that he became a shinigami sometime shortly after her. It is also rumored that Hitsugaya might actually be the reincarnation of a god that appears every so often(I wanna say about every 1000 years, but I could be wrong). Which could explain why he's considered such a genius despite how young he is, and enough to where he actually became the youngest captain there is.

In the more recent times, Hitsugaya was pretty much the only person who suspected that there was something really unusual happening around Soul Society. And already knew that Gin must have had something to do with it. Later on though he (along with everyone else) had no idea that Aizen was behind it as well, especially when everybody thought he was dead. However Aizen, Gin, and even Tousen all had gotten away before anyone had a chance to stop them. And now currently Hitsugaya was stationed on Earth along with several other shinigami to fight against the arrancar, hollows that lost thier mask and gained shinigami powers.
Special Abilities Hitsu's sword can control the weather, more particularlly the water/ice in the atmostsphere. Having it take the shape of dragons and attacking people with it. In Bankai form an ice dragon wraps around him instead(more so around the back and right arm, where the sword is), in this state anything the sword cuts into freezes into a block of ice.



Counterpart's Name: Adam Varick
Counterpart's Personality: Not exactly "mean", but finds enjoyment in messing and playing with other people. Only truly looks out for own self and is kind of rude to everyone else sometimes. Despite the ignorant personality though, he's really quite smart
Clothing/Possesions: Casual (pretty similair to what he wears canonly on Earth)
Counterpart's History: Just like everyone else his age, having to deal with school and all of the rest that follows it. Because of his sometimes harsh aditude Adam gets in trouble a lot of the teachers, and sometimes has to stay there even longer (between dentions and all that). At home and anywhere else it's pretty much normal.
